Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed except where required by law.

Eligible Items

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage not caused in transit, or missing components.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at purchase)
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

How to Start a Return

Email shopkamionu@gmail.com within the 7 day window with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps. Do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Because we ship from our manufacturing hub, return shipping can be costly.
We handle returns in one of three ways depending on the situation:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover all return costs and provide a prepaid label, or issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item back (at our discretion). Please report these within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Change of mind / wrong size / no longer wanted: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for further information.
  • Low-value items: In some cases we may issue a refund without requiring the item be returned, to avoid unnecessary shipping emissions and costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a return-free refund), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement by contacting shopkamionu@gmail.com. After this, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Packages refused at delivery or returned to us as unclaimed are treated as standard returns. You will be refunded the item cost minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred. $12 feel will be deducted from your original refund to cover processing work already done.

EU and UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without needing to justify the cancellation. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will refund the full order value, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. This right does not apply to personalized, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive goods.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first at [support email] — we aim to resolve every issue fairly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows resolution for everyone and may result in your account being flagged for future orders.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides stronger protections than those described here, those laws apply.
