Shipping policy


We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders. To reduce our environmental footprint, we ship directly from our manufacturing hub rather than using regional fulfillment centers. This may extend delivery times, but it avoids roughly 24kg of CO2 per order in air freight emissions.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period of 3–5 business days before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate in the carrier's system.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

  • Domestic: 7–20 business days
  • International: 12–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

Order Changes

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting shopkamionu@gmail.com. Once an order enters processing, we cannot change the shipping address, shipping method, or items.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused delivery may be reshipped at your expense or refunded minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Tracking and Delivery

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office within 7 days of the delivery scan.
  2. Contact the carrier directly to file a missing mail search or claim.
  3. Contact us at shopkamionu@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.

We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund where carrier investigation supports the claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For packages that are not marked delivered but appear lost in transit (no tracking movement for 15+ business days after the last scan), please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if it cannot be recovered, provide a replacement or refund.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; a prepaid return label can't be provided not be added from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
